I dove into it and it`s pretty simple enuff but after visiting the bullet and reading horror stories about the pump gas w/ethonol and how it`s jacking up rubber components,I wonder if a different pump would be the hot ticket. What I found was the bearing on the shaft that turns the gears has a rubber seal that keeps fuel out of the motor by puking out of the weep hole well, it puked out of the weep hole which tells me it`s no longer sealing and it`s part of the lower body on the pump so doesn`t look replaceable.......

Just for giggles I filled the puke hole w/a bb and silicone and will check it in the morning but my concern is that fuel may now head up into the main body electrical area and cause havock......I`m strongly looking at the Mallory 250 bypass pump.
