Yup, a chain or a sliding mount like the carb kickdown linkage, Gives play at idle but then halts any movement past a point. That is what is needed. My 65 A mounts are 3 inches tall of rubber..I will be using a "motor torsion limiting device". Interlocking mounts are acceptable.
