Alan member A Joined: May 2006 Posts: 41 New Jersey	For success, one must: 1) Sandblast - and wear rubber gloves so your skin oil does not contaminate the clean metal 2) Wipe down w/ acetone - to get and grease or oil out if there... 3)Spray two coats VHT - more will cause blistering. 4) Ona cookie sheet, "bake" your painted headers up to 450 degrees temp in you kitchen oven ( hint: make sure wife is gone for the day). 5) bolt up and enjoy. - Alan Moderator Emeritus ~ Soon to unveil the world's only '69 Road Runner 440 R/T...
