You dont say how it got flooded, make sure the floats aren't stuck adding more fuel to the problem as your cranking. Holleys are easy to check, pull the sight plug and if a lot of fuel runs out the float may need to be adjusted. Remember everytime you step on the accelerator you are adding 30cc or more of raw gas to the intake because of the accelerator pump. Is the choke the bimetal spring type? Lock it open before you even start. Hold the accelerator down and dont pump it. Starter fluid might help, but I've seen more than one carburator fire from trying to start a really flooded engine using that so be ready for that possibility. let it set for a while if you can and some of the gas will naturally evaporate out of the system. Like someone said earlier if you dont have a spark it wont run. If all elae fails pull the plugs, spin the engine to clear the cylinders and then try it.
