The 'normal' Mopar shifter has all 3 levers coming from the same spot on the shifter - that one almost looks like a 3 speed shifter, with just 2 levers coming from it, with a 3rd lever added on for reverse. Possibly it's a stock shifter from another manufacturer, or an aftermarket shifter. The regular 4 speeds and the overdrive 4 speeds use the same shifters, the only difference is that you flip the 3/4 lever upside down on the overdrive units. That one has all the levers flipped upside down compared to how they should be for an overdrive 4 speed. I think if you put a 'normal' Mopar shifter on that, the levers will work in their correct positions, although you will need to get a shorter rod for the reverse lever.
