I will respectfully disagree:

Camber: 0 to -0.5 preferably -0.5
Caster: + at maximum amount achievable with both being equal not to exceed 6 degrees .

Toe in 0.125"

Check tire inflation
set ride height
square rear if needed
set caster at max amount-rotate the rear eccentrics all the way in and set caster to highest equal positive number achievable.

Dial the camber in with the front eccentric-there may have to be some back and forth between the front and rear eccentrics to get the numbers to fall in. Rotating the eccentric "in" is the "negative" direction.

This is what makes a good front end guy vs someone who follows the bouncing ball on the alignment machine.
