I agree, there is a place for the SP2P and Streetmaster intakes for a 440, It's on the shelf in someone else's garage. If a person was serious about lowend torque in a 440, the Factory Truck 413 industrial heads and intake would be a better choice. The current Performer intake is on par with a stock 440 intake, the CH4B is superior to the stock intake even though it was designed 40 years ago.
