The pinion offset is 1 3/16. You make the pass side tube 1 3/8" shorter to get there with a Dana

If you have a Williams axles, get a willaims spool.

You're going to end up 1 3/8" shorter in total to get the axles you have to work with correct pinion offsets. What's that 11/16 shorter on each side once you get the perches installed. You may be able to cheat a bit using a wider air gap spacing in the spool with axle engagement. Sort of like what DVW did on his. See how far the axle engages in the spool.
