The cam is a Comp solid roller. 275/282 at 0.050 so it isn't much bigger than the flat tappet that was in there but the lift is a lot more. Lift is now .830 intake and .782 exhaust before lash.

Those are all exhaust rocker arms, we just paired up 8 LH and 8 RH to get the correct layout. By using exhaust rockers on the intake the pushrods lined up perfectly with the standard lifters and the existing pushrod holes in the head. I did have to clearance the heads a little for the pushrods since I'm using big 7/16 pushrods but the holes in the head did not have to move. If I had used the standard Jesel intake rocker arms I would have had to move the pushrod holes in the head.

It did take me a while to figure out how far to mill the head to accept the Jesel stand. Jesel didn't have the dimensions for these heads on file but after I worked with them a bit they came up with some dimensions and wrote some instructions that you can now download off of their website.
