The '64-'65 Hemi damper and pulleys all have Hemi only part numbers but, never having seen them, I can't say what the difference(s) are.
Jim Kramer would know.
Chrysler themselves couldn't keep it straight as far as the part numbers. They listed the damper under quite a few preceeding numbers. The 64/65 race only thin damper is list as P-2532795,P-3830183 and P-5249698 the thick NASCAR and street Hemi is listed as P-2532202,P-3870854 and P-5249699.The 440/383 wedge was also listed as P-3830183(the same as the race Hemi)Chrysler also claimed the timing marks differ from the thick and thin damper.GO FIGURE,to add to all the confusion there is a mismatch of superceeding numbers from way back. Also a hodpodge of pulleys with different size, ratio, depth and diameter.Who wants to be the expert and claim the exact part#s and discription.NOT ME ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbs.gif)
