I agree, he was FAST. His stuff would not win any shows but he was in it to race. Kinda reminds me of someone in a camo car. In about 77 or 78 we got down to the class finals at Indy with a 64 aluminum B stick and had to run aganist Wren. We broke a drive shaft in that run, not that it would have mattered. On a side note, Bud & Dewey Cook had an extra which we installed (with the help of Wren who came over) and raced at Riverside Dragstip in Ohio that night!!!
