That's allways been a source of debate amongst the Trans Am crowd, If I recall even Galen finally gave in to that debate, and agreed that some T/A's/AAR's had brushed rings, IIRC

And don't forget you could get T/A's with dog dish AND trim rings. Do the rallye trim ring rules apply to a dog dish car?? Also, in that case the rim is black instead of body color.
