All things considered, 185-190 running is perfect. 200 at speed on really hot days isnt even that bad.

200-210 on warm to hot days at idle or at a stop light isnt really considered overly hot as well. Some like to keep it cooler, but those temps are ok and not causing any damage or issues. Its when temps get over 220 that I would begin to get a tad concerned.
