Sportsman doesn't pay for anything but itself. Powerade pays the Pros, as do all the ticket buying fans in the stands.

If Sportsman was the big deal, how come you don't see packed stands at Divisional events? That's what all the fees pay for is to support Divisional events in front of empty stands.
