It is possible with the parts you listed, I wouldn't try that with those heads unless they flowed above 380 CFM at 600 net lift. I would shoot for 10.5 to maybe 11.0 to 1 compression(depending on the local pump gas) with a good set of ported 440-1 heads and 440-2 intake with a adapter and a Holley 1050 or a 1150 Dominator I'm going to assume your using a World or Indy Mega block with a 4.5 bore and a 4.375 bore, a solid roller cam around or bigger than 260@.050 on a 110 lobe center put in at 2 to 4 degrees advanced on the intake side Let us know what you do and how it ends up
