Yes it's possible but it won't be very street friendly. My 540 Chevy with ootb Profiler heads/dominator manifold(400ish on the intake flow) and a solid roller cam 670ish/260 at .050, 10.5-1 made about 730 peak HP with a whole bunch of torque(600-725) from 3000-6500. This motor is not real street friendly so the cam and small compression bump that it would take to get your's 800 will make it pretty grumpy on the street IMO.
