There were no options for 2 rear speakers. Most have the holes aimed differently. The Blower motor used the opening to take in air. The long skinny slot was where the air came out to defrost the rear window. Only difference in angle of slots is different plants received the trays from different vendors.You'll notice one hole is 6X9. Thats the factory rear seat speaker hole. The other is smaller maybe 5X7 thats the defroster morot location.
