With that many options, it probably had a good sized deposit. It was more expensive than most Hemi RR's. Light package, buckets, center seat and 6 way adjuster, tach (waste of money), tint all around, AM/8 track with rear speaker (cool), undercoated, P/S and Sport steering wheel with the A12 and hardtop options makes 13 extra options that were ordered! (the other options were required with the A12 option). Most Road Runners were bare bones because the young guys who were interested couldn't afford them let alone the insurance! That has to be way up there as one of the highest optioned multi-carbureated Road Runners in 1969.
