i believe there were only two washers for those wheels, the 4 1/2"-5" off set hole [flip for each pattern] and the centered 4 3/4" standard GM pattern.
the 4" pattern were all direct bolt pattern, as well as the 5 1/2" jeep, ford pickup, etc. and the 6 hole chevy truck pattern.
