OK, so after more searching for information it appears the Fel Pro 45996 is a silicone steel core gasket for the timing cover, better, but doesn't help with water pump gasket. This is a kit that appears to include their blue stripe paper water pump gaskets which although perform perfectly well are the bane of my existence laugh2
