I have a couple pairs of Crane big block rocker arms with 0.290 offset. This is a little bit more offset than stock. Original application was Stage V heads but people also use these on stock heads to pick up a little bit of pushrod clearance on the intakes. One pair is 1.50 ratio, the other pair is 1.60 ratio.
