If I understand your question - it reads like it had auto-correct "help" - engine & rad are both right (passenger) side - that's why it's a simple L.
There may be another hose that would work, but the one I mentioned is what they keep in stock.
No idea what the application is, but it worked great.
Aluminum water pump LAs has pass side lower inlet, cast iron water pump LA's had driver's side. Not the same hose shape, hence the question and both are available molded in the aftermarke from both gates and continental
