What of there criteria did they say you did not meet?
I know they are sneaky to be clear you have all the docs they ask for. If I recall some of the smaller things many just dont do or keep. I did have a grille damaged and they paid out $650 for it.

I figure my time is worth about $400/hr (nope, thats not what I "make". Thats to cover TAXES, overhead, payroll, TAXES, equipment, repairs, TAXES, new roof, TAXES, advertising, etc) They know that too.
