I just put together a 413 max wedge engine for a friend and have a question on rocker arms. It had a set of Harland Sharp rockers with the engine when he got it. I put them on, but what sucks is they are bulky, compared to stock rockers. The valve covers wont go on or off with the intake installed. Is there another brand rocker that will work and give enough clearance to get the valve covers on and off. I dont mind switching to a stock rocker they are just a little hard to find a good set. Anyone know where i can get a stock set or another solution.


Just for fun try slowly turning the crank and see if there is a spot where the rockers are positioned such that the covers can be wiggled off and on. If there is then mark the dampener for future reference and repeat on the other side.
