The engine manual mentions that the new replacement for the street hemi cam came out in 1983. That’s cam number- P4286631. The 248, 260, 272 cams are all slightly higher part numbers, so my take on that is they were released around the same time.
The MP 484 and 509 cams are P412 numbers, so they should be from a bit earlier.
