A friend of mine has on and off tried to get me to help him recreate his families' Moonshine recipe. He figures my attention to detail would help produce some good quality drinkin' stuff. I'm not a drinking man, but I am intrigued. The recipe is made with corn, honey and brown sugar. His father says we're also going to need some barrels because it's got to age in wood and the 'still has to be ALL-Copper. Sounds like Good quality stuff, but what do I know? I find it fascinating to no end and the really funny part is.... it's not illegal to make in small batches in Canada. As long as I don't plan to distribute it.

There is definitely something to that copper thing.
