I usually drive about 10 over the limit. There is one stretch of interstate in Nashvegas that is 55 but nobody goes less than 70 so I follow the traffic on that one.
I try to stay at 10 or just below as they are usually looking for 15 or more over or so I've been told by a few LEO's / HP's
