A more effective solution would be for some of the fiberglass vendors to start doing carbon fiber production. The most costly aspect of the process is in the molds, and they are the same. Anyone wanting CF is willing to pay more. I do my own CF since few seem to be willing to step up.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
