Sounds like you are working on a 68 Set of Hemi carbs. The front carb .0685x.059 is 16-341. The rear carb .069x.054 is 16-543 and .0715x.058 is 16-544. Only the 544 is a common rod found in the strip kit.

Hemi rods are more unique with the length of the step and type of taper, though in weeds if you can't get original ones.

Get a 201 strip kit, it has the 16-98 which is rich on power step at .0555 and it has the 544. Having your front carb rich on power shouldn't hurt anything with the 98.

The rod stagger in the rear is a distribution issue supposedly for low speed mixture. Though I would think it effects high speed too. If you're going with a cam and raised compression of displacement, you will need to fine tune anyway.
