we used to call those "beer bumps" around here.................. biggrin
back when i owned the junkyard, there were several "community cars" that got passed around when someone needed a vehicle, or just wanted something different to drive.
i lent a 73 dart 4dr to my brother one time, and when it came back, the front sheet metal was banged up, and one door was dinked. as this tin was almost perfect to begin with, i asked him what the he77 happened ????
he said it must have happened when it was parked at [i forget what place he said]..........
years later, he 'fessed up that he and his buds were playing "trash can hockey" at the gas station he worked at then. they would set up trash cans around the lot, then use one to push/roll around with the front of the dart to see how many of the other trash cans could be knocked down/run over in the fastest time around the lot...he said it was a TON of fun ! laugh2
that little $hit tore up a PILE of stuff back in those days. i think he figured big brother wouldn't care, as he had a whole yard full of vehicles to choose from to fix what he broke. every now and then he still brings those days up, and chuckles, while i say "bad words" to him...............
