Why? The primary info was disclosed, the seller has a record of the restoration and most likely a known past, and I have to assume that anyone who can lay down $200k probably had someone look at the car before purchase. Let's be honest, this car was not purchased because of it's 'investment grade'; that possibility was eliminated with the restamps and non-original drivetrain. I think it's disingenuous to keep assuming there's 'fraud' involved at every level, and lawsuits are the way to handle disagreements on 'originality'
