Yes they do I actually have a couple sets. Can measure the head on one gimme a minute

The screw in stud is just under 3/8" total stickout behind the axle,

Thew shank style studs, and I just measured three sets, two strange and one from Mar Williams are all just under 3/4" stockoout past the rear of the flange.

I am not a huge fan of the screw in ones as they use a screw in "shank". Just a personal preference.
