Yeah, so far, but they're not going to win this one in the end (especially with an old vehicle and living in a non-emissions county!)

I'm considering tacking a 1/16" welding rod (or using my body-work stud welder) to the plug, then I can just pull... but a little too much heat and I'll melt the tip of the aluminum boss. Oh wait, I'm not putting the stupid plugs back in anyway
