If your valve is non-working due to those corroded pins consider using a dremel tool or drill to slowly and carefully grind into the plastic and expose the wires, then apply voltage to see if the valve motor mechanism still operates. If so connect the wires using other plugs from an auto parts store.

It might even be possible to clean up any remaining nib of the corroded pins still visible in the original plug with DeOxit spray and then connect wires with either special low temperature solder or electrically conductive epoxy glue.

Sometimes very small brass wood screws can be screwed into hollow plug pins if they are hollow inside.
