I agree. By the time you pay a machine shop to resurface your old one, you aren't that far away from a good steel replacement.

Your old stock one might be just fine until one day in the heat of the moment, you decide to race someone and dump the clutch at higher revs. Then it's off to the rehab hospital for some new feet. whistling Personally I won't run anything but a stock engine without a scattershield. twocents
