I don't think mopar used a 140 tooth flywheel.

Super stock hemi used the 130 tooth and standard starter, but street hemis 66-69 used the 172 tooth and direct drive starter. 70 They moved all to the 130 tooth fw with the standard started and the 513 aluminum bell house for big block.
