If the lobe family is the same then it shouldn't be much of a change. If the lobe family is different then you might see an improvement or perhaps a problem. The additional intake lift might cause you an issue so you'll need to double check that for sure. I've done a lot of cam testing and what I've learned is that it is almost impossible to guess what a slightly different cam will do in an engine. The interaction between the intake runners, head porting, exhaust system and the cam lobe is too complex to fully understand.
