I know nothing about the area. What are the options for alternate hotels near by that i dont have to worry about the neighbors / or my car

If you are trailering, I'd suggest leaving the car on/behind trailer at the show ground. We have overnight paid security. There were 14 trailers last time. Most of last years survivor tent cars. We charge $30 extra for Friday and Saturday nights for that at show. The Airtel charges $20/night. Then you just re-enter the park in the morning with line of show cars (not very long) and just show your dash placard. Trailer Parking is about 400 ft from Show Area
Airtel has secluded parking and nothing around it. It's next to a small local airport and industrial area. Cars aren't a problem there, but the trailer parking is temporarily reduced in size right now.
Best Western Sherman Oaks is 1.5 miles from show. Does not have trailer parking whatsoever.
