Also, is the Cam Bolt with the Hole 1/8th" or 3/16" Hole? I see some say it goes on the driver-side top but all the 340s I ever pulled down were on Passenger Side Top to drip down on the Tab.
But did pull a few down non-340 that were on Driver Side Top.
So wonder if the ones I saw in the factory motors with holes drilled and installed on Driver-Side were Monday Morning or Friday Built Mopar motors. They did look to never be apart.


So you don’t confuse anyone, you are talking about the thrust plate bolt, not cam bolt.

If I recall, later on Chrysler dropped the tab and the bolt with hole and simply cast a groove in the back side of the thrust plate to wet the chain.
