All true and makes you wonder why they didnt just update the hemis. My 392 got 28mpg highway, could they not just put some silly 1.73 highway gear in them to trick the EPA? I am serious - like a gear vendors OD from the factory.
They already have 2 overdrives in the 8 speed. You can only turn a motor so slow and still make enough power to push it down the road.
I am hoping they are not done unveiling new stuff.
