I was driving mostly brand new cars for a local dealership family of cars. It involved either driving brand new dealer trades from one dealership to another, driving brand new vehicles from one dealership to another, delivering brand new vehicles to customer's houses and doing the paperwork with them, or driving used cars to and from the auction. Other times I'd work for the service side of the business picking up and dropping off luxury cars to and from servicing. Had some interesting experiences doing that. Often I was allowed to bring the cars home for the evening if I was working the next day. The cars were very few and far between that didn't have working A/C, XM radio, etc. Also did parts delivery for the dealerships but didn't like that as much. Fun job but very low pay, but ok for the retiree just looking for something to do. Got nice discounts on parts and new cars and once in a while I'd buy a car from them that was heading to auction. May go back again some day.
