Going to strongly disagree. Its just not true. While the showing is very strong, to say the old way outnumber the new is just not true. So, the same area of the infield, center, has always been the "old" cars. The area next to it, above it, and before it, is flooded with the more modern 80s up cars and trucks. Not trying to start anything petty with you or anyone else, but have been attending this show since 94. Theres an equal amount of modern if not more than the classics.

Not trying to push anyone's buttons, but I guess a great bit of disagreement on this topic might depend on where you draw the line between "old" and "new". For most of us, that line is with the "new" Challenger and the "new" Charger release in the early 2,000s era. Everything before those hit the roads, are for the most part considered "old". If you set the date between old and new at 1980, then there would be more new stuff at a lot of shows.
I have buddies the distinguish the differences between old and new at Jan, 1949. They have been complaining about new cars at shows for a very long time. Where a person draws that line becomes pretty important. shruggy Gene
