If you leave chargers and stuff like that plugged in when you're not using them, it wastes electricity, but probably not enough to make a difference on your electric bill. On your fridge, if you clean the dust off of the coils when they get dusty so it operates at peak efficiency, that will help the electric bill. In it don't stand there with the door open.
