No. On a Hemi, the groove goes on the bottom and the hole on the top. Don't force anything. The #2 & #4 rocker stand supply oil so the dowel pins are in a different location to keep you from assembling wrong. Take your time.
i seen stock Hemi rocker arm stands that had only one oil hole in one stand, not two like the later street hemi motors had two, in #2 and #4 stands so they could be installed on either head
Make sure the oil hole in the stand is installed over the oil hole in the head, #4 (between cylinders #5&7 on the driver side and between #6 &8 cylinders on the passenger side) stand on both sides
