That was a super cool place, but the costs and other factors in keeping a building like that maintained and heated are immense. I enjoyed poking around the place during your swap meets, but cringed a bit when I was there thinking about the burden you had taken on owning the place!
I'm sure your stress factor has decreased quite a bit now that it is sold!
