Yup. As far as I understand this thing was supposed to come out years ago to replace the 5.7 in the trucks and suv's but FCA wanting to lessen their debt to attract a merge partner held off. Since then they came out with an all new Ram, wrangler, gladiator, grand cherokee , wagoneer, grand wagoneer etc etc. Every new major component you change requires brand new crash testing, so they get to also spend millions re-crashing all of those, and they have already said they are dropping 35 billion or something on going EV, so this really makes no sense.
