I've worked at the power company my whole adult life, and most of it as a lineman. Ain't no telling how many times I've been to a scenario like this. I always loved it when the cops would ask if I thought our digger derrick truck could get the car out to where the wrecker could get it easier! "Yes sir officer! Might skin it up a bit more though."
