I saw a bio on the early VH days recently. Roth initially got into the band, because he had some expensive sound equipment that his father had bought him. Both brothers really never cared for Dave's brash, outlandish style, especially when they got "famous" and rich. I remember seeing concert footage of them at a concert in the late 70's or early 80's??? Roth was drunk onstage, and admiting to the crowd he could not remember lines to the song he was supposed to be singing. "C'mon Dave....give me a break! Hey Hey Hey...one break, coming up!"
