Are you sure you have the correct 360 balancer? There are 2 different ones. A LA360 and a Magnum which is 92 and up. HMMM - I'll have to check mine again, Thought the indexing was drive plate to crank only on external balance B&M plates. Don't understand why you would have to index a convertor to the drive plate with no external weights on the convertor? It's been a while since the 408 I've been running for the last 3 yrs is internal balanced - forget a lot at my age. Fastest 300
