They sell an “tie rod adapter stud” to go from tapered to stud. The taper is the same on B & E bodies. Same ES401 9/16” tie rods also (ES352/5 if 11/16” upgrade)

Mine are hotchkis. But the adapters are common Circle Track stuff.

Then you can shim the tie rod to change bump steer


You need to change at least the outer tie rod to a spherical rod end and run a taper to straight bolt conversion in the end of the steering arm; called a "tie rod adapter stud". Circle track supply places have those.
